Their breads are better than any bread that I have eaten in North America and the sweets are fabulous too. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Yes, they have a fantastic bakery, but there is also a restaurant serving sublime meals. Owned and run by an award-winning chef, written up in the New York Times, Elle, Voir, La Presse, and even the venerable "Where To Eat in Canada". Everything is delicious - and affordable. The only problem (besides getting to Mansonville) is that open hours (especially for the restaurant) are very limited, especially off-season.
